Local Roots, Global Reach

Jessica grew up in Mountain View — St. Simon Elementary, then St. Francis High School — before earning her Communications degree from San Diego State University. Those early years shaped her conviction that neighborhoods aren’t just geography; they’re communities made of people, schools, traditions, and small rituals that only someone who grew up here can fully understand.

She lives in Willow Glen today with her husband and two young daughters. You’ll find her walking Lincoln Avenue with the family, escaping with them to Capitola on weekends, or — for years — teaching barre3 classes across the Bay Area, building community through fitness while connecting with neighbors and clients.

A Career Built on Service

Jessica’s professional story begins in an unexpected place: the San Diego Chargers, where she served in Public Relations — writing for Chargers.com and the Game Day Program, conducting player and coach interviews, and supporting media events. It was a baptism in performing under pressure and building trust with high-profile people.

From there she moved into sports marketing as celebrity liaison for a celebrity golf tournament, coordinating high-touch events for elite clientele.

Her next chapter — seven years in Nordstrom’s Designer Division — is where Jessica developed her signature style of luxury client service:

• Armani Specialist, earning Customer Service All Star and Top Tier Status her first full year
• Invited into Nordstrom’s Future Leaders Program
• Promoted to Department Manager, coaching her team from #6 to #3 in the nation
• Personally selling approximately $700,000 in merchandise annually

• One of the first to launch social media as a sales tool for associates
